4GV Boxes / U.N. Boxes

Our 4GV Boxes, or Variation Packaging, meet and exceed all U.N. specifications and Approved by Transport Canada.  These 4GV Packaging are more rigorously tested, allowing more flexibility in shipping approved inner packaging / containers.

Made of 200# SW or 275# DW corrugated fiberboard, they have been designed, tested and certified in accordance with Transport Canada, 49 CFR, ICAO, International Air Transport and IMDG/IMO requirements. 

Our UN Boxes are designed to ship Packing Groups I, II, III packed with inner containers containing Solids or Liquids, depending on the weight and regulation requirements of each material being contained. 4GV boxes are considered 4G  outer boxes in terms of IATA requirements.  

Hazmat Boxes must be packaged properly to ensure complete compliance. Please refer to the Packaging Instructions provided with the purchase to ensure maximum safety.

4GV boxes are a sure way for you to transport hazardous or delicate items safely and in compliance. For your added convenience, they are shipped flat for easy storage.

Although you must order at least a bundle of  DGP4GV fiberboard boxes  Online per purchase, we offer single boxes for those who occasionally ship dangerous goods/hazmat. If you would like to order less than bundle quantities, please call us at 1-905-677-7066.
